Block Puzzle is a casual puzzle game where players drag and drop blocks onto a grid to fill rows and columns. The Service includes the mobile application, the web-based game portal, leaderboards, and any related features or services.

3 User Accounts

• You may be required to create an account to access certain features, such as leaderboards and score tracking.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Manipulate leaderboards or game scores through fraudulent means
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

5 Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to the game design, graphics, sounds, code, and text — are owned by Block Puzzle and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6 In-App Purchases

The Service may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred through your account.

7 Leaderboards and User Content

• Usernames and scores displayed on leaderboards are visible to other users.
• We reserve the right to remove any user content or scores that violate these Terms or are otherwise objectionable.
• We may reset leaderboards periodically at our discretion.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Block Puzzle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
